Mission: Space

EPCOT is a very futuristic world where there are many things that could be from the future and there are many things like Spaceship Earth that talk about the past and the future. But there is one thing that we want to be able to do, and that is go to space and see Mars and other planets. When you go to EPCOT you can find some space ships and a spinning planet and you will see a sign that will say Mission: Space. 

When you go to the ride you will need to choose either green or orange, green is the not as intense ride where it will not be very intense and it has a lower height limit and it is better if you have some motion sickness. But orange is the more intense one and you will feel more Gs than the green. When you go on the orange you will feel 2.5 Gs which means you will weigh 2.5 times more so if you weigh 100 pounds, on the ride you will be 250 pounds. The ride is where you have been chosen to go on a mission to go Mars. 

There are 4 different jobs that you can be and they all have an importance. You can choose within your group of who wants to take on which job. There are only 4 spots so if you have more than 4 you will need to split up. The ride is basically one of the carnival rides where you spin around in a circle and you are pushed up against the wall and you will just move around from the movement. This ride simulates real life because you will face up when you are launching off and when you move around you will feel it when it moves. You will not be thrown around like a roller coaster but it is intense. There are barf bags in case you need it and there is also storage for bags and there is a lot of storage for them. 

When the ride starts you will be put up and you will face the sky to be ready to take off when you take off you will feel the Gs when you take off. When you get into space you will launch to the moon and use it as a sling shot to push you toward the planet Mars. You will go into hypersleep and they will be waiting for three months while it feels like seconds to you. When you wake up you will wake up in an asteroid field and they will maneuver you through it when you get through the asteroid field you will go into Mars's atmosphere and you will get to drive around on the planet in a canyon and you will do twists and turns and go right to the base you will go to fast to be able to land on the runway and you will almost go over when you are about to go over the ice will break and then you will go and land straight up. Everyone will cheer the successful mission.
