Night Time Safari by Jace Smith
Night-time Safari

There are different tours that you can book like watching people feeding the animals, or the one that we went on was at the Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani village and you get night vision goggles. They are military-grade and it is at night around 10:00 pm. You get to see the animals at night that surround the resort and they are more active at night than in the day so you can see them being more active. At the end you will get a glow in the dark pin that you can put onto a Disney lanyard and a glow in the dark bracelet. This is an exclusive pin that you probably don't want to trade it for anything because you can only get this pin from doing this tour.
The tour will have to be at night so you will have to leave the parks to go and see the animals at night. It is only for guests 8 and older and there is a limited number of people that you can bring to the tour. During the safari you will get to see the animals more active and when we went you could get very close to the animals. You will get to have military grade night vision goggles and they are very good but you can only use one eye at a time. The safari is around 20 minutes long but you will be able to see most of the animals that they have at the resort and they all will be more active at night like they usually are.
You can get very close to the animals and close enough that they are right next to you and you could touch them but you shouldn't. You can not use flash when you are taking a photo so it will be hard to take photos on this night time safari unless you have a night vision mode on your phone or your camera. When we went the animals did not really like us being there. They made sure that we knew that they were the boss and that we can’t do anything that we want. These animals are still wild so they will act like they would in the wild so don't expect them to want to come and you might barely see any animals.
The vehicle is a wide open truck so you can look all around to see all the animals that are around you. You can get to see zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and more. The experience is not cheap and you will need to have some spending cash because it costs around 75 dollars per person. But it is a very cool experience and the night vision goggles are very good so it is very easy to see the animals through the goggles and you might be able to use your phone camera to take a picture through the hole. This experience is very fun and relaxing and it is very unique to be able to do this so if you can and you are willing to do this then I would highly suggest doing this because it gave me memories that I will be able to see for the rest of my life.
