Disney Characters

We Love the Disney Parks. Walt Disney World has may opportunities for you and your children to meet Mickey Mouse and many other characters.  Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story or Donald Duck in a safari outfit, Disney has them all.  Disney also has a line at each of the Character Spots.  You can stand in line or with a little planning ahead of your visit you can skip the line and get right to hanging out with your favorite character.  

There are dining experiences that, while you eat the Characters come to you.  You get a few minutes with them at your table.  A photo here, hug there and if you have an autograph book, maybe an autograph.  We like the Dining experiences because you get to see several Characters at one time.  

Disney also has some Character experiences that have Fastpasses.  The one at Epcot was the best for us so far.  We got to spend several minutes with Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Minnie Mouse.   Our son showed Mickey Mouse a Donald Duck autograph that said that Donald was #1.  Mickey Mouse got very excited and waved his hand showing that he was #1 not Donald.  My sons with smiles agreed with him.  It was a fun time with the characters.  You do not get that kind of interaction or time with the Character Spots around the Park.  There are some wait times with the Fastpass events but those have been very minimal for us.

The memories that we have been able to accumulate at the Disney Parks have been wonderful.  Our sons have always enjoyed the time they can get a photo with their favorite Character.  It can be a short time with a Character on the side of the walkway in the Park or some time over a meal, they always enjoy the memories they make.
